That is the way Norton fixes virus e-mail when you use their pop site

In the beta forum they say that if you drag to the OUTBOX and then
double click as if going to edit, then you can see it. This release
is a few steps backwards.

I understand that Norton 2002 will scan ANY mailer's messages. I
don't know that for a fact as I have the 2001 version. With TB, I
just put pop3.norton.antivirus in the TB pop slot and provide the

What it did do was make me think more about it and investigate the

Keys have assignments for each window. I.E., I set F5 to be send
queued mail. To make it work no matter where I was when I pressed F5 I
had to put it in two places. Main>Account and in Folder Pane PopUP.
What would really help is an index or search for all assignments on a
per function basis.
Actually, when I babble about it I normally add that it needs to be
controlled by a switch so that the user has an option to limit the
search to nicknames or at very least, cause a pass through all of the
nickname prior to looking at any of the other fields.
Tuesday, March 26, 2002, 5:18:38
No, what he means and I meant was the ability to auto complete the
nickname and also to restrict the search to the nickname. Current
implementation will stop if it finds a partial match in the name field
and may never reach the nickname that you were trying to use.
Tuesday, March 26, 2002,
Every e-mail client I have used has that feature except BAT. I
