I tried compressing all mailboxes to see if that would help, but I'm
afraid that it does not. :(
Any other suggestions? At this point, I'm going to have to move them
to a different e-mail client if I can't find a fix.

same delays continue.
Does anyone have any suggestions of how or why this is happening?
Unfortunately, both users receive a good bit of e-mail, so throughout
the day, these delays are driving them nuts.
Thanks in advance!

is that TB just hangs there doing nothing until the e-mail
is sent. Even just sending it to the outbox and not sending it
immediately has the same effect.

I e-mailed RIT Labs about a site licence, but I haven't head back, so
I thought I'd throw it out to the mailing list in case there are
resellers here that could help me.
I'm looking at purchasing a site licence for 15 users.

Point taken Clive.
I turned to the list because I figured there were others that had gone
through something similar and could offer some insight. This list has
proved very helpful in the past and is a fantastic resource.

Everything works fine for new mail, this only applies to the sent

Ottar,
Thanks for the step-by-step guidelines. I did that, but for some
reason it didn't work. No e-mails were selected and moved. I tried
various combinations, but for some reason it's not liking it.
