My office fax system sends an email out when a fax is either sent or
received. The fax is attached as a PDF file. Recently since I've moved over
to IMAP I've noticed that the attachment is always named 'part.att' when it
should be of the form filename.pdf.
If I save and rename the attachment
and most likely suspect in this instance would be the IMAP
server software. When in IMAP mode, The Bat! can only show you what
the server tells it is available. I know that attachments I receive
come through exactly as I would expect them.
You should inspect the message source and check the headers
it was never an issue.
