So I downloaded and installed GPG4Win 2.3.3. After a reboot, I could choose in The Bat under Options - OpenPGP - Choose OpenPGP the version the GNU Privacy Guard... well, actually, TB already had chosen that. :-) Under Preferences I added as the GnuPG External Key Manager the file kleopatra.exe
