The SB Touch is a good match for audiophiles as well. Just use a good
external DAC and it can compete with the high end systems at a
significant lower cost.
The user experience of the Squeezebox system is one of the best out
there. Once you used it there is no good alternative available.

I don't think so. These units are more geared for the audiophile wanting

It seems people are expressing concern with the future of the product
line, and I'm sure we all hope that Logitech is committed to it's
continuation, it might be reassuring if someone from Logitech could
dispell our concerns.

Even then I don't think they have it quite right. I'll bet 90 is simply

Seriusly they probaly spent thier smallish dev budget , if it is
different it may be a random change in components by the manufacturerer
in china ( such things happens, often without the knowledge of the
ordering party ).

Why all this doom and gloom?
I think the Squeezeboxes have a bright future. Logitech is still taking
care of the software and the Touch is definitely a great product. As
many people are beginning to transition from physical to digital media
and services like Spotify growing, the market is just abo

by the way - where did you see the touch
Just google Logitech 930-90, I get tons of hits including Amazon and

Any/all reviews of the Touch will suffice, it's the same thing,
disregard the model # and just enjoy the music. ;)

Couldn't agree more
I've been a Squeezebox user for almost 10 years, dating back to the
original SliMP3. I currently have a Touch, a SB3, a Radio and a

While I really like them and think they are a great music source, if
Logitech discontinued them tomorrow, I'd certainly give them a moment

There's no way of actually knowing the answer. Logitech has never really
done serious marketing o f SB players in actual stores in the us. So
lack of this is not really a sign of anything.

it is now pretty much impossible to see one in an actual store (i.e. as
