I have used the fact that the SD card I have works in Windows to re-format it (as the default DOS 32 format) and reloaded some files onto it to ensure the card wasn't corrupted. It works OK in Windows Vista but still isn't recognized (or even detected) in Ubuntu 11.10. I can only conclude the

Hi, i tested with kernels 3.0.4, 3.0.6 and 3.1rc9 and all of then has this same problem. I had to reinstall the system from my previous posted info because some custom changes i made where causing the system to crash at boot and i didnt had time to troubleshoot, it was quicker for me to reinstal.
