Hi, I have noticed that every second or so startup gnome stops
recognising the graphic settings such as monitor resolution. I have
noticed this in 7.04 and 7.10. I don't know if this is an issue with the
graphics card or an actual gnome bug.

Eu tenho um dual-boot na maquina, e conseguir resgatar as minhas search
engine que fiz no XP e trazer para o Ubuntu. O que eu fiz foi copiar os

Eu sempre instalo o ubuntu e ja faço as atualizações...
Uma coisa que percebi foi ontem, quando eu coloquei o meu mp3 para copiar um
trabalho, de repente sumiram os icones...Será que é pq tem muita coisa
aberta e tal...

é o subtitleeditor...
La dentro do programa de duas opçoes de salvar, salvar normal e salvar
como, quando terminar de arrumar a legenda, vá na opção normal, a opçao
salvar, se vc salvar como não da certo

Eu apaguei a pasta .aMSN e nada.
Quanto ao mensageiro, prefiro o pidgin, mas como viajo muito, falo com
familiares com o aMSN + webcam.

Deu uma vaguinha e, com o aMSN não atualizado, tentei adiantar os
passos, mas deu zebra no configure... porque não consegui fazer o
apt-get do tlc8.5. Atualizei os backports, consta o 8.4 apenas.
Fiz M ou tenho que puxar a atualização do aMSN para liberar o 8.5
para instalação?
PS:
O Debian é mais estável no sentido de que as atualizações de versões
são menos frequêntes, e consequentemente as versões são suportadas por
mais tempo.
