Google for offline install and you should be ok. This is a general

Just as I suspected, even the Final version of Ubuntu 10.10 64bit gives
me the same Green dots when I run the CD, the video for which I've
shared in the past. None of the three options offered by Grub on the CD
work. Clicking on any of the 3 options given below just give me those
green dots

When I try to set up the preferences for Ubuntu1 in Lucid, using Orca,
the entire x-session is unresponsive, as soon as I open the preference
pane from the 'menu-system-preferences-ubuntu1'. I had this
configured, once, but had to turn it off temporarilly. Any suggestions?

There seems to odd bug with gnome-panel. Pressing arrow twice switches the
menus.
