Encontrei a solução para o famigerado ULTRA SURF 10.08 e anteriores.
Testado e aprovado.
Usem o IPTABLES:
iptables -t filter -A FORWARD -A FORWARD -s 192.168.10.0/24 -j DROP -p tcp
A rede 192.168.10.0/24 ficarão proibidas de usarem o encaminhamento FORWARD
para sairem para outros
Eu tenho essa placa de wireless...
É muito ruim... agente perto da antena e ele fica caindo...

As antenas wireless dos notebooks normalmente ficam juntamente com o
display. Eu utilizava um Itautec como notebook (até minha esposa derrumar
ele, quebrar o display e balear o hd, hoje virou desktop =D) e quando fui
retirar o display dele, simplesmente cortei a fiação
