Избавился.
Запустил onboard просто так, там доступна кнопка настроек, в ней есть
галочка как раз про окно разблокировки.

system cannot determine the status of any running dovecot processes
because the init script is missing - this is an essential part of the
package IMHO.

Hi Petr
Looks like you have a problematic nmap package installed on your system
- this version is not found in any Ubuntu release.
I would recommend that you remove it and install the one from the
distribution.
Marking 'Invalid' as this is not a problem with a package in Ubuntu.

This issue was probably caused by Launchpad's own rabbitmq dependencies
which uses non-standard packages
Not quite sure what this means - did you have an unofficial rabbitmq
package installed before
