I have a Raspberry pi 3 (on ethernet) connected via HDMI to a Marantz
receiver in my guest bedroom that I don't use all too often. It is
running piCoreplayer ver 3.22. with full update and ffmpg library

Thanks for the dmesg tip - should have looked there myself, but Linux
isn't my domain ... There were loads of "found new device" messages -
repeating every few seconds. So, addition of dwc_otg.speed=1 tweak and
all seems to have settled down now and mount on reboot's working now.

There is no timeout setting for the mount command. What is the error
message that you get when mounting (should be in the boot log)

I am using PCP with the Allo DigiOne board. It works fine after a
reboot, but eventually I will start a track but get no output. The
player says that its playing (time is advancing). Restarting squeezelite
has no effect on the problem. A reboot always clears the problem. I

I wanted to clone a pCP SD card - both were 16GB and the original had
the FS expanded to full size.
The cloning did not complete because the target 16GB SD card was
slightly smaller than the source.
It probably would have worked fine ... but how about this as an idea

Suggestion
The Clear Cache button on the LMS page could do with a conformation
dialogue along with some more text to explain the consequences.
I clicked it by mistake when trying to do LMS restart and therefore lost
all of my settings, favourites, configured plugins etc

I've got a curious issue when using this through HDMI on my av amp
(Marantz SR7009). It will work perfectly fine but when I switch to
another device the ARC functionality appears broken, I don't know much
about HDMI but it seems like pcp is 'taking control' of the amp and
stopping the ARC function

I did look there,no option to resize boot partition size though :(
Note though that current file system size is practically entire sd

Trying to Update piCorePlayer without removing the SD card but getting
