Only if you set your services endpoint to use an SSL URL. This is
probably done in a serices-config file that is compiled into your app;
but it is possible to set them up manually also.

Thanks for reading this far. My first attempt at a solution was to
create the POST parameter string manually and use that as the parameter
object. However in that case the body of the POST request was blank
when reviewing it in the service monitor.

times a day.
In IntelliJ you can right click on a file, method, or variable and
select Find Usages which seems to be the same thing.
I just tested it in a JavaScript project and it seems to work as I
would have expected.
