All I want to do is be able to open existing Word files and create new on a

You can do this using the file manager provided by your operating system
- on Windows it may be called Windows Explorer. Alternatively you can
use the File | Open menu in AOO and right click to see options for
selected files. Note that you can select multiple files using
Shift+Click for contigu

Good afternoon. I have a question about LibreOffice. Is it possible to provide
users with different levels of access to slides in presentation? That is, for
example, one user can edit the first 3 slides by entering a certain password,
for example, the next 3, and so on. Thanks.
