Setting up the “say cheese” Siri shortcut

Siri shortcuts seem awesome! But setting up Siri shortcut seems awfully confusing. Mr. Richard Turner did mention say cheese shortcut for the camera app taking a photo automatically. It seems impossible to set up! Can someone please give step-by-step instructions on how to set up an activate

Well, I haven't had that much trouble, to be honest.  Most of my settings were intact with one huge exception that I'll talk about below. The only issue I had was with the BARD app.  I couldn't navigate from tab to tab at all.  I closed the app, restarted the phone, and had the same problem.
