Max, I have found hearing aids do use the same Bluetooth arrangement and frequencies that other audio devices use. I fear you cannot use two audio devices at the same time. It is at least possible that the app that manages your hearing aid connection to your iPhone could allow some flexibility

Hello Maria, With my Starkey hearing aids, when I open the settings, there's a control called Audio Routing. It opens a screen with options for controlling what audio goes where. I would suggest seeing if you have these settings and working with them if you do. I hope you can find setting
