When I saw this thread, I was a bit surprised since my first reaction was that deleting a bunch of messages was a bit easier in Aquamail then it is in the IOS Mail app, but after thinking about it further, I realized that it was about a push. In IOS, Maybe I'm missing something in IOS though.

I would agree with you there, Mary. Because there are a couple of different methods you can deal with email on the IOS device, though you can't select and delete all at once and they have to go first to the delete bin, it's still more efficient and doesn't take long just to empty the trash now
