This is funny. I noticed that too. The explanation on the phone itself is
unclear about the child thing. It leads you to believe you can designate
anyone as a "child" but you've tested it and you say that is indeed not
true.
I just called my local Apple store. An unlocked iPhone 6 6
setup as a child, any purchases they make will go on the
organizer's credit card.

the album with no clear way of downloading
