for one, would like this clarified.
I would add the Peter Hinchliffe had proposed asking Techstatic to give a
presentation at future WAMUG
Hi Carlo, Daniel has already clarified this, to my satisfaction anyway. cheers,
Susan.

Hello WAMUGGER'S
I read all of the comments / advice put out by the WAMUG members, there's a lot
that just goes over my head and a lot that I either understand or that I
follow. The advice we are given is invaluable and I for one have never been
misled
by any advice or comments made.
I thank my
Hi, a friend has seen a website for this business, and I'm wondering if anyone
knows anything about it. There is only a mobile number as contact, no street
address. There is quite a good website. Regards, Susan

Yes,
From what I know of them, they're a consulting firm. I bit like me.
I only know of them from what clients have told me after I've been there after
them.
There's a lot more places popping up like them now.
I had another client tell me about another Mac consultant (not these guys)
that came out

It's probably best to remember that this is a public forum. We shouldn't pass
judgement on a company until we have had some actual experience of them. The
business climate is fairly tight at the moment so in my opinion if they are
trying to make an honest go of it they deserve a chance.
Hi Carlo,
We don't forget this is a public forum. The original poster asked if anyone
knew anything about them.
Yes we do; and Daniel rightly posted his experience of being called out after
these people.
I'm all for loyalty, if I can not give support to someone who contacts me as
they are
I never said anything about that them. I mentioned I got called out after
them,.. I never said anything one way or the other, whether it was to fix
something or do something they could (or couldn't do)…...
Secondly when I was referring to ANOTHER place I never mentioned who it was. I
left the
Hi Ronni, I have recommended you to my friend who lives in Subiaco, so we will
see if she contacts you. I've said that as well as running your own
consultancy you give people on the WAMUG list lots of help for free. So far,
she has been reluctant to join WAMUG because of getting lots of
Hi Ronni,
That's not quite the case. A careful reading of Daniel's post says he was
called out after a *different* unnamed outfit. It's probably best that it be
made clear that we do not have any experience with Techstatic.
Daniel could clear this up please. Were you called out to clean up
And thanks to everyone who has given feedback on Techstatic.

Daniel could clear this up please. Were you called out to clean up after
Techstatic because they had failed to complete a task? Did they then charge
the client for work that was not properly done? If so that is indeed worth
posting and I would not have problem with that sort
Hi Ronni,
Daniel's post seems to imply that he has heard that Techstatic is incompetent.
On the other hand the post also talks of some other unnamed consultant.
Daniel could you post please and let the group know definitively if you have
heard bad things about Techstatic.
I should add that I
