Hi, is there any word on 2d (don't need 3d, but it would be nice) support
for the Radeon 9700 yet? I can use the CVS if I need to, I just need 2d
support.
Any hack to use the 8500 drivers for 2d only (like specifing the PCI ID
like with the 9000)?

I've been using X for ages on my computer using Debian Potato. My mouse
device was /dev/psaux with protocol PS/2. I've since 'upgraded' to Woody
and I can't for the life of me get X to work! Each time it crashes out of X
as /dev/psaux is Device or resource busy. I've tried different
