From what I remember, Jeff reconfigured the list "Reply-to" behavior last
time without taking a vote or providing reasons for doing so ahead of time...
I prefer the original configuration simply because it encourages more list
traffic / discussion by *discouraging* individual responses. When you're
helping out a new Linux user and *don't* reply to the list, somebody else
down the road misses out on that useful information (whether they be a list
subscriber, or somebody looking for help on Google that stumbles across
a siglinux thread on mail-archive.org).
