Well, I quit smoking in 1963 --(2-3 packs a day.) Probably a good idea, eh? I am convinced that, for many, inflammation is caused by food allergies -- things one may not consider. For example, anything you absolutely never run out of -- like milk products. Or chocolate, or coffee, or ....... When I suggest to someone with continuous pain that they give up their favorite something for 2 weeks just to see if it's a culprit and they scream, I can be pretty sure we've hit on a problem! (I'm a recovering alcoholic of 42 years and a retired addictions counselor .)
Isn't a primary issue inflammation? What is the body struggling to rebalance from? CS, which I make with my silver puppy, use when necessary, and share with others, is not my usual thought for arthritis. Has to be a living something causing the problem for CS to work --virus, bacterium, yeast or mold. Judydown Maine _______________ ~ Will you choose ~ the " Rule of Gold " or the Golden Rule?
