Hi Gary,
The best way to vet any idea is to search archives, do your homework, and draw
your own conclusions. It's amazing how many people never use google to get more
info. Most of us have been sick, have had to do our own homework, and only take
the trouble to pass on useful remedies out of kindliness and compassion.
(usually also admitting with our info that everyone is different: caveat
emptor.)

I use the phrase 'taking the trouble', as sitting at a computer costs us energy
that is generally limited, and we're not about to engage in a major tutorial or
case-building for what we've offered. Documentation? I've got 6 years of
documentation for SO many different things, but with lousy clerical skills,
digging it up for a skeptic just isn't in my limited energy schedule, and no,
it's not my responsibility.

I guess what I'm saying is that if something resonates with you, do the
substantiating yourself. That's what most of us have had to do, sometimes at
great energy expenditure.

Be well, and be thankful for promising leads,
Léna
