From your past posts, you've already demonstrated that you're a nice guy!
I'm just in pain right now, a grumpy, hurting Lyme-vet, nudging a 'newbie'.

And just remember, to pass on what you learn to the rest of us. This isn't a 
one-size-fits-all thing, so most of us have learned to leave no stone unturned 
and appreciate hearing about anything new.
