Hi again Sol, Regarding your taking MSM for the RA, a friend informed me that the dose is very important; At least 12 1,000mg MSM Tabs + 6 1,000mg Vit C--He reported that he had recieved recognizable relief with this dose after only a week. Of course, you could use the powders and stir in juice of choice--only make sure you're at this large minimum dose in order for effective relief.
