It would be interesting to see the contents of the Diversion Header; if it's 
different from what sipXecs or if the "tel:" number doesn't match with a 
mailbox then the deposit won't work. It should look something like this:
  <tel:3948811>;reason=user-busy;counter=1;screen=no;privacy=off
which would deposit to user 3948811 mailbox (or a user that has 3948811 as an 
alias)
