Use default asserted identity: [ ] (<---- unchecked)
Asserted identity: any-userid-you-w...@any-domain-you-want
where
anything-userid-want is the ITSP user name, repeated from Username field
any-domain-you-want is the ITSP domain name, repeated from ITSP server address
