I use statics and have had no problems either...I only have about 10 units deployed however, but they have been out for anywhere from 8 to 1 month.

I don't use DHCP here either (static private on the airBridge and static public on the client) and we don't have too many problems like those guys. I had 3 units die from the "ethernet thing", but thats about it with over 50 units in use. One or two customers have to do the unplug and replug back in, but that's not a show stopper and the customer is willing to continue waiting for the firmware fix.
