Probably not. But every vendor has their problems. If you happen to get any of their CPE/Router boxes, elect for the NEMA4 box and not the metal Rainproof Box. It rusts badly, and after a few months looks like crap.
I used Teletronics for a while, and have been very happy with their SmartAMPs. I'll probably not use their other equipment again. Their support, or lack thereof, was inexcusable.
