Well, you're aplying the mallet (in a way) to the admin of an ISP, network
or other.
SpamCop is in a way a larting tool.
An admin (i.e. the RCN abuse minions), upon receiving the abuse report from
SpamCop might exercise a BOFH method upon the spammer.
