When a drum drip is left in 'normal' position, which valves are open
and which closed? I always thought that the top valve is open and the
bottom valve shut. A fitter told me that both valves are supposed to
be shut. When I asked him where that came from, he admitted that's
what he was taught. Which is correct, if either?
