The other issue is the lack of listing for C900 pipe above grade.

But we've had our plans 'over-ruled' by sympathetic AHJs who were tired of
hearing the underground contractor whine about the difficulties of replacing
pipe that was installed incorrectly. In one case, the plastic pipe rose up
through the floor a couple feet and the concrete slab was poured in direct
contact with the pipe. We're not in a seismic area here, but minor settling
will place some serious strain on that pipe and/or elbow below. The AHJ allowed
the pipe to remain, but the contractor was to install a schedule 40 sleeve
around it; it was to allow for settling as well as protect the plastic from
mechanical damage.

Again, this may or may not be 'good enough' to protect the plastic pipe from
damage, but is still does not address the lack of listing for above ground use.

Would it be possible to sleeve the plastic from say 18" or so below
grade to the flange? Seems like mechanical protection is the issue.
