IIRC, the Radius PCI cards were not compatible with OSs beyond 8.x. Radius got out of the Mac video card business before OS 9.0 came out and their PCI cards were a bit of a kludge. So, the UR card might be better than the Radius card and there's a good chance it will be more compatible even with its lower slot problems.
