It might be about the same or just a little better than the one that is in there
IIRC, the Radius PCI cards were not compatible with OSs beyond 8.x. Radius
got out of the Mac video card business before OS 9.0 came out and their PCI
cards were a bit of a kludge. So, the UR card might be better than the Radius
card and there's a good chance it will be more compatible even with its lower
slot problems.
Okay, I'm going to qualify the above because I just got back from the Goodwill Computer Store here in Austin (Computer Works) and I saw a Radius PCI video card that I have never seen before. The first couple of long video cards that Radius came out with were clunky. This one looks like it was based on an S9 (?) PCI chip and that Radius simply wrote drivers for it.
I was very tempted to take it home at $5, but I resisted.
