You may have solved your own problem in your last sentence:

This has been going on since the addition of the 800mhz card, about 2 yrs
now. Anyone have some insight.

The problem lies either with the new 800MH card or its software. I would suspect the software. See if there is a more recent version of this software available. If not, remove and reinstall the software for the CPU. I'd also remove the USB card during the testing just to make sure it isn't causing compatability issues, as well as your USB mouse and its drivers. Go back to an ADB mouse and keyboard. Diagnosis will have to be trial and error but something isn't playing nice. Paul C
