Profiler is where I copied the info from, & yes it freezes when I am using the computer......doing anything. I ran a ram test after installing the new but not the one you suggest. The ram is good. Extensions are down to the bare minimum. Heat is a possible cause, I considered that in the beginning & need to explore that again.
