It's not the heat. We have concluded that it freezes often when you hold open a menu & go to scroll to the command you want. It will freeze about 2% of the time. But it will also freeze for no known reason about 1%. Using QuickTime is almost a guarantee, especially the MacAddict Staff video. With the video it gets about 30 seconds into it & freezes. Memory is at 12000. I am still up for suggestions. Also is there another universal USB driver.
