No, it is not. You can't blame the companies for these problems. It's the "web developer" companies they contract with who hire kids right out of school who have no clue what they're doing. Most not-in-house developers crank out crap from the likes of DreamWeaver and Photoshop, all without regard to any standards. "If it looks ok, upload it."

Please direct your ire toward them, instead of the actual companies who own the web sites. Thank you for your consideration.
