Alternate design proposal for door hanger: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hlg7fe5kp7mbpxs/sync_flow_1_8_stripped_door_hanger.pdf
(1) by dismissing doorhanger, user begins syncing. (2) if they select customize, they are taken to prefs where they can select data types and then start syncing. Thoughts? The doorhanger does seem a little weak. Why wouldn't we put this data option choice sooner in the flow? Is it because we want people to think they are setting up an Account and not a Sync tool? They are setting up both, but we keep the Sync part a bit quiet during the creation process. _______________________________________________ Sync-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/sync-dev
