I've never noticed what an uninstall will do with program files. I would have thought a Mail directory would be left alone. How would Windows know where to find it anyway? (there is no TB uninstall shortcut).
Anything that is deleted would have to go in the recycle bin. Short of that is just shareware undelete programs.
