I use incoming mail filters.

One of the first filters checks the Subject for keywords and set the
flag if the keywords are found.

Below that are a series of other filters that move mail to different
folders. All of these filters should NOT move them if the flag is set by
the first filter but Non of them do :(

I am now wondering, based on your experience, that the flag might not
be seen if it is set by a filter and/or the filters are of the same group?
