Hello, Christopher: 1. With agents like CM there is no third party creating huge blacklists of domains. (They must not be easy to edit on a frequent basis.)
2. It is very rare that I would block an entire domain. 3. With CM, a C/R message pops up (right in my face) showing the response message and I hit a button instantly creating a permission for that person. 4. (Of course you were also flexible and resourceful enough to just pick up the phone when email frustrated you.)
