I take both in the AM along with the Lyrica 75mg. plus one Tramadol at noon. Then at night before I go to bed I take another Lyrica, Klonazepam 1mg (for Restless Leg Syndrome), Toprol for my heart and a baby aspirin. I can take more Tramadol if I need to but I won't unless it's really necessary. How are you doing, dear one? Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers..J
