I am taking 10mg of Baclofen. Only on an as needed basis - when I feel my legs stiffen and want to cramp or jerk. So I sometimes take it 3 times a day ( I was told that was the max I could take ) and sometimes I take it once a day, and sometimes I don't take it. My son, Tyrel, whom you may remember as being diagnosed with TM and then not with TM, is taking 10mg twice a day, every day.
