Thanks. I currently do the same with my laptop (Windows, running LMS) and would like to do the same with the iPad mini when it arrives. :) RonM wrote: > Should you wish to convert your WMA files to MP3 (since they are > currently lossy, no point in converting to flac), you could do this > quite easily in an overnight run using dbPoweramp > (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/). As of right now, I don't have the space to store all my music in a lossless format, so converting my wma files would be preferable (that is if necessary; see below). That said, eventually I plan to get a new computer (or a "music server"?) with much more storage space at which time I'll probably go through my CD collection again and rip them in a lossless format as you have. >From earlier responses it seems LMS will allow me to stream wma files to the iPad Mini (using the iPend player). Once I actually get the Mini and start playing around with iPeng I'll have a better idea what I need. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Saturn94's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=56831 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97366 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
