Naudts relativistic analysis *does* show the hydrino orbital is smaller.  

 

Yes, but it shows it via relativistic method meaning it appears unchanged to
another local hydrino which is why I proposed Lorentz contraction another
relative effect. Suggesting that Plancks' constant  got "relatively" smaller
is equivalent.  I don't believe size really changes from a 4D perspective
but we only view a 3D surface.
