Some ideas for that email:

- Tell them the _whole_ story. Who was involved back then and what actions did 
we take to contact them to clarify this?
- Ask them if they can offer us any further legal help in case we are going to 
write that letter to Eidos, Pivotal or god-knows-who.

Maybe even assemble that letter here on the mailinglist if you don't know what 
to write.
