Edit this file, rename it to es.po or fr.po and send it to the list in the body of the email as a patch, so I can apply it to the repo with your authorship etc. The most important strings to translate are things like "Restart Window Maker" and stuff like that. Program names like "xterm" you can leave untranslated if you wish. I think that's it.
