How will this affect distros ( such as my Liquid Lemur ) that are built using 
Window Maker?

Thank you for the interest. You can use Window Maker without even
asking and I'm sure we will all profit from the aditional visibility.

So the question here is what do you mean by "getting Window Maker
under its umbrella"?

Suppose the answer is 'yes', then what will happen?
