Cdes, i am a member of YCL in good standing, the NOBs has no constitutional
mandate prescribed to them to can take any desicion that may be binding to the
entire membership of YCL. I f such clause exist in our constitution may i be
kept abreast, because you seem to worry about individuals labelling themselves
a
non constitutional structure that has no powers in our movement. Cdes why i we
allowing such a nonsonsical thing to be happening in our structure. My view is
that even a structure that calls itself NOB s is an illigitimate and
uncostitutional structure and members should distance themselves from such an
emburusing statement. The constitution does not prescribed any role for any
structure called NOBs, because we are not in a trade union and it does not
exist.

Cde Phaahla

I think u didnt understood the content of the letter from the YCL Office
beares.
The letter doesnt say they disown the person but the content of the letter
since
the writer used his capacity as YCL Chairperson. Chief u cant clarify something
that u have nothing to do about it, read the article from Songezo Mleqwa may be
it will assist u to understand the whole issues.
