While the "brick" of the original 5th ave pav was real, I just don't 
understand how it had any relation to CH/P no less then the color of 
the current building. You now have nice store fronts vs. wooden 
garage doors or rusted steel (from about 1978 on). the only glass 
front was the berkeley sweet shop and hojo's up until that started 
falling apart (1980). 

What happened to the plans to add the details as shown in the 
concepts - when are they scheduled for.

Look at the old pictures of the 5th ave pav - except for the 
bandshell - the brick does nothing -no patterns. The glass blcok etc.
